"Hire XYZ Company to administer your program." This sentence comes from their website.
Isn't it weird to hire a company? Don't you hire a person?

In American English, it is common to talk about "hiring a company" to do a certain job for you.
(It's easier than saying "we signed a contract with XYZ Company..." or "we entered into a contractual relationship with XYZ Company...")
