hold a lottery of the correct answers

Senior Member
Hello everybody

I'm watching a TV program. The host of the program asked a question. The viewers of the program must send the answer via SMS.
The host said:
We'll be holding a lottery of the correct answers and five lucky people will be chosen as the winners.

Is the phrase underlined above correct and natural in English?

It's not entirely natural, but I understand what he means.

I would expect something like 'We'll draw five names from the correct answers that we receive . . . '
