Hello, folks. I hope all are very well.

What is the difference :

1. We urge those drivers who hold Driving Liceneses to come forward and get them replaced with the new version.

2. We urge those drivers; holding Driving Liceneses to come forward and get them replaced with the new version.

3.We urge those License-holding drivers to come forward and get them replaced with the new version.

My regards

With these small corrections, all are acceptable.

I prefer the first as being the easiest to read.

The noun license is spelt with an s in AE. In BE it is licence. The verb to license has a s in both AE and BE.
