hollow verbs from nifal

    • There are two paradigms for hollow roots in nif'al: נָקוֹל and נִקּוֹל. My guess is the former is more Biblical and the latter is more Mishnaic. נָכוֹן is of the former pattern, while נֵעוֹר is of the latter pattern.
