Hope don't stop the wheel from turning, it's coming back around for you

It's a variation on the aphorism " What goes round comes round", I suppose. If somebody does something to hurt you, you might say this, meaning they'll get hurt as the wheel of fortune turns.

I guess "Hope/Something don't stop" rather than "Hope/Something doesn't stop" is a slangish expression and is usually used by uneducated/not-so-highly people. Is that right?

    Thanks a ton.

Other guy said that he had hope. And this guy replied with this. So maybe it's something like "you can have hope but it doesn't change anything"?
