horn dog

Hi!
I'm a new here.
Someone would know to translate this expression "horn dog" please? I don't find equivalent. I suppose that wants to say a thing of the kind "cuckold" but I'm not certain.

A "horn dog" is someone who is constantly talking and thinking about sex, always finding the sexual meaning in a phrase, someone who is always looking at other people in a sexual way. A "horny" person. A "dirty" person.
