hors factor (finance)

Hi all,

I have a document which contains the expression"hors factor" and I'm not 10% sure what it means:

Gearing < 1,5x hors factor

Can anyone help?

Hi,

"Factor" is a short / an anglicisme for "affacturage" = factoring.

Gearing is an angliscism for "levier" = gearing/leverage

meaning : "gearing < 1.5, factoring not included."
