How would you translate that into French, the fact of sharing desks with other colleagues : co-bureautage??!! And what about "hot"?
Any help will be highly appreciated!!!

I don't think you need to worry about the word hot - hot desking is the idiomatic expression which works as a unit to mean sharing desks.

The Wikipedia article suggests that the term originates in naval ships, where your bed isn't really yours: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hot_desking.

I haven't found this expression on the dictionnary. Could anyone help ?

Is it like "hot line". So you are completely available at your desk ?

    Thanks
