can anybody tell me the meaning of the word "houseware" (talking about a fair for example).

    It's an unusual expression, but I'd say it means HOUSEHOLD ARTICLES, that is ARTICOLI CASALINGHI. I typed it into Google and that's what I found....!

    It's a fairly common term in American English, and articoli casalinghi is a perfect translation. In any American department store, you will find a "Housewares" section.
