Need your support in letting me know how are interviews in your company?
Need your support in letting me know the nature of interviews in your company?

Which is the best is to say the first or the second one?

The clarification:
I need to ask about the nature of interviews in a company or the way of conducting it.

Thank you A little Edgy for your suggestion. But I not only wanted to ask about the way of conducting interviews but also the nature of it ( Easy, Tricky, they have more than one stage "HR interview, technical interview, and final interview with direct manager")
I think "may I ask" is more courteous than "need your support." Other than that, you can just ask the question - "May I ask how interviews are conducted in your company?"

You could also ask "what is the interview process in your company?" That gets closer to asking the specific steps that a person being interviewed will experience. Beyond that, I think it depends on whom you're asking - your prospective boss, a representative from HR, or a friend who works in the company. There are things you could ask a friendly contact that you would not say to someone who would be making a decision about hiring you.
