How do you call someone who talk and at the same time he moves his face . I mean it's like he plays with his face .It 's like face expression. I don't remember if you can help me please ?

    Personally, I don't know what you are asking here. I don't think there is an English word for what you describe.

    I know a term for someone who does not move his face when he tries to talk...a stroke victim. There are, I've heard, 53 muscles in the face. Many of these are used in normal speech.
    Hence the face moves when one speaks.
