how do you do/pleasure

When dealing with my exercise, I encounter this question.
A: This is my manager, Mr. Freeman
B: (a. How do you do b. Pleasure)
My choice is How do you do because it's a greeting, isn't it?
Thank you for comments.

Both alternatives can be used when you are introduced to someone.
The (b) alternative is short for It's a pleasure to meet you.

(If someone is going to say Pleasure (or A pleasure in BE), they might just as well say Hello instead.)
