How many stops do I have to ride?

Setting: a subway train.

Purpose: to get a rough idea as to how far my destination is based on the amount of stops.

Can I ask:

How many stops do I have to ride?

How many stops do I have to go through?

How many stops away is it?

If they don’t sound natural, please suggest the natural and correct ways to ask questions to get what I want.

I agree with The Newt that a simple "How many stops is it to [name of station] ?" is the most natural question for native speakers, in any form of English.

There is no need to ask a complex question involving a reference to yourself and what you have to do.
