    Hi, Below is the sentence I write:
    My job duty is to assist course developer with developing a new online high school course.

    If you're asking whether you've used the word "assist" correctly in your sentence, it's fine grammatically. Without some context --that is, without knowing the situation in which you would use it -- we don't know whether it accurately conveys what you wanted to say.
