how to choose the adjective for ratio?

Is it correct to say: big/high/large ratio?
Which adjective is more official or acceptable?

    I will go with "high"

    It would help if you gave some context, e.g. a few sentences using 'big/high/large ratio'. I can easily think of examples when all would be correct.
