How to greet in the second meeting

< Previous | Next >

Chinese - Traditional

I'm interviewing for a position and meeting the first interviewer the second time tomorrow. I was wondering what people say when meeting the second time?

Is "nice to see you again" appropriate? Or are there better, more natural ways to greet or kick off the conversation? the location is in California and less formal is the norm...

Thank you so much!

Since it's a business situation, I would go with "good morning" or "good afternoon" as appropriate, regardless of where it is.

I think there are a lot of ways to greet someone.
I'm glad to see you again. = if the vibe is informal.
Good morning = if the situation is formal.

I think "it's nice to see you again," or something much like it, is always appropriate. If you don't say something like that, it may seem as if you forgot that the two of you have met before.
