how to inform about a delayed food delivery order by phone??

hello everyone,

in situation when someone has made a phone order to be delivered and the order is delayed so is it right to say :
Hello i'd like to inform about my order , why it is not delivered till now ???

    However, regardless of the situation, the following makes no sense--
    and not just because it's grammatically incorrect:

    There are many things you could say in this case.
    A few suggestions:

    I'm calling to enquire about my order, which I'm still waiting for.
    I'm calling about my order. I'd like to know when it will be delivered.
    I'm calling about my order, which I placed over an hour ago...

    I'm sure others will offer even more suggestions.

    EDIT: A very hungry, irritated, and rude person might even say:
    I'd like to know what's taking you so long to deliver X (my pizza, etc.).

    could I say ...which I have placed over an hr. ago ,and if not why ?? Please clarify this point .
