How to punctuation of lists within a question

I was typing a comment when I had a list within a question and then I thought I would ask because it has almost always happened when I ask English related questions online.
I am also thinking of the scenario when the items are of one or two-word and I read about using the colon.
So would somebody say the following and still sound natural?
- She's seen croup worse
- He's seen flu worse
- He's seen headache worse
Where would I add the question mark below?
So would somebody say any of the choices below and still sound natural:
- A
- D
- E
