"Squash and Pumpkin Seeds" sounds a bit odd to me because "squash seeds include pumpkin seeds." For squash is defined as "A squash is one of a family of vegetables that have thick skin and soft or firm flesh inside."(Collins).

Does the title sound natural to you native speakers?

You are correct .... however, American shoppers generally differentiate between pumpkin and non-pumpkin squash.

So yes, it sounds natural, even though it's not technically correct.
