How to say: "the front wheels are totally steered to the left"?

Hi all,

Is there any short/elegant way to translate the "condition where the front wheels of a car are totally steered to the left"? I need it for a y axis of a graph. Is "lock right" fine?

Thanks Dermott, it's what I was searching for, but I searched on google for "lock left". How can I write for "the condition where the wheels are not steered"?

I think that left lock is usually an instruction to the driver, meaning "turn the steering wheel hard left, so that the road wheels will move hard left". But if the road wheels have gone there of their own accord - in an accident perhaps - then either left lock or hard left would do.
