Could anyone please give an example of how to use the latin caveat emptor in a commercial sentence?
Could you enlarge a little upon your question? Perhaps a bit more emphasis on how you wish to use caveat emptor?
It would be an unusual phrase to use commercially, because a business would not want to remind customers of the concept "let the buyer beware." Perhaps in an advertisement--"You can forget caveat emptor with us, because WE have a 10-year warranty!" Of course, most customers these days wouldn't understand the Latin phrase anyhow.
Separate names with a comma.
