My try:「私は君の責任です。」

There's also: 「正直な人、正直な男性」 but it doesn't really translate. It is not quite the same as "I am a man of my word". Similar but not quite the same.

Example of context: 「I am a man of my word, I will pay what I promised.」

Another (more famous and specific) example:
the Joker 🃏 uses this expression in a Batman 🦇 film.
