    Are you asking if it's true or if it's correct?

    I believe that it can be true.

    You can be charmed by someone's eyes.

    You can also be bewitched, seduced, and intrigued to give you some more examples.

    I would add that it's not the first word (charmed) that someone in the U.S. would say.

    If you want to compliment a girl with the words angel eyes, you might try:

    "You have the pretty/sweet/beguiling/innocent eyes of an angel."

    Believe me, this line would be appreciated by most girls - if you really mean it, that is. :cool:
