I am feeling a bit cold after staying out for long. My legs have become cold .

Staying out for long has made my body cold.

( I didn't catch a cold it is just that I am shivering and starting to have a headache)

How can I say this in a Idiomatic way.

I've been out for so long my legs are frozen/freezing.

It's an exaggeration, but if we feel very cold we often use it.

I'm freezing is commonly heard when people are shivering with cold.
