    Hi there,

    - I believe brand name clothes last longer than no name clothes.

How can you reword the above sentence with another word?

stand, hold up? Which one is the best?

    Thank you!

Instead of 'last longer' try 'outlast'.

Neither stand nor hold up really works in this place. As was suggested above, "I believe x outlast y" is an alternative. I can't really think of any others.

What I've got very good sense of shoes :) and I go like:
    - That pair of shoes won't last long.

    Thank you!

Beware! Your footware statement invites puns:

Last. –noun 1.a wooden or metal form in the shape of the human foot on which boots or shoes are shaped or repaired. 2.the shape or form of a shoe.
