I can hear birdsong / bird voices in summer mornings.

    To me, neither is correct.
    I would most likely say: I can hear the birds...
    Or: I can hear the birds singing...

    ("in summer mornings" doesn't work for me either)

    "Birdsong", although it doesn't appear in the American Heritage Dictionary, can be found in several other (mainly BE) dictionaries, and it works for me, because its meaning is obvious. Or, "birds singing", which is more prosaic.

    Not, for me, birds' "voices".
