    What's the context ilvecchio?

    I don't think I would ever say that, the use of the present simple seems to indicate a habitual action, yet "she has done it" seems to refer to a single action so the two tenses seem to contradict each other. I would have expected "I complained that" or "I am complaining / will complain that".

    If we can clear it up we can get a better Italian translation.
