Ciao a tutti!

Avevo pensato a :"Women's rights and rights of anyone who wants to self-determine".

Rights is understood for those seeking self determination. I suppose less ambiguous would be
The rights of women and those seeking self-determination.
But honestly I don't really see much difference between the two.

I'd change this just slightly to The rights of women and of all who seek self-determination. "Those" sounds like a more limited group than "all," when presumably just about everyone seeks self-determination. I think the extra "of" is useful, too, or else it's still slightly ambiguous: it could be an article about how the rights of women are in relation, in some way, to people who seek self determination.

I agree with @CicoriaGate. Your first suggestion doesn’t work for me.

the rights of women and men :tick:
the rights of women and those of men :tick:
    women’s and men’s rights :tick:
women’s rights and those of men :tick:
    women’s rights and men :cross:

    I prefer
the rights of women and anyone seeking/desiring self-determination

Regarding your preference, my preference would be:

the rights of women and those seeking self-determination

To me, it's just a little cleaner and leaner! 😀

I think "anyone" is closer to "chiunque" (cf. "coloro").
