I am trying to say, "I do not accept your apology." Is it possible to say, "Non accetto la scusa"...?

Well, we've got "non accetto le tue scuse" but the natives may have additional suggestions.

I agree, we have both: "non accetto le tue scuse" and "non accetto la tua scusa", it depends on the context, but in this case I think that the first one is the right one.
