A group of people are going into woods to look for Haley's brother. Haley to Dean:
-- And you're hiking out in biker boots and jeans?
-- Well, sweetheart, I don't do shorts.
Supernatural, TV series

Show me please this meaning of "do" in a dictionary. Thank you.

Yes, "wear" was exactly what I tried to find in dictionaries, but there was not one even in the Urbandictionary. Strange:). Thank you.

I wouldn't expect to find "wear" in the dictionaries for "do," because that use of "do" is far more general. Here are some other examples:

    I don't do bars (=I don't go to bars).
I don't do "best friends" (=I don't make a point of identifying and having a "best friend").
I don't do "supportive" (=I don't do things people expect in the way of emotional support).

"I don't do X" can be followed by pretty much any expression that repesents an action in the (slang) usage the Newt is referring to.
