I don't like that posture.

A person was walking down the street with his thumb covered with his other four fingers over it like babies do as A and B see it.

A: I don't like that posture.
B: Neither do I.

Is 'posture' a right choice of word for it?

I thought it might be 'gesture', but the formation of the hand doesn't move. That's just the way the person makes a fist. So I thought it might be a gesture.

If not right, would you suggest one? Should I go by saying 'the way he has his hand'?
