I had been continued screaming

1 - How do you say, when in a moment in the past I was screaming.

"I had been continued screaming" or "I had been continuing screaming"?

2 - This is the past perfect continuous?

If you are relating a story, you would just use the simply past: I continued to scream. I continued screaming. I kept screaming.

A man broke into the house. I screamed. He threatened me with a knife and I continued to scream. Fortunately, he ran away.
