I think I understand what you are asking about but, just to be 101% sure, did you use How Much in sense of "as much as"? Assuming the answer is yes, I have translated the sentence below:

君を愛するのと同じだけ君が嫌いだ。
kimi-o aisuru-no to onaji dake kimi-ga kirai da.
Literally, I hate you in the equal measure that I love you.

Not quite, the English sentence means one hates the degree of ones own love towards another.
However it is only used to mean that one loves another very (or too) much (so much that maybe one hates the lack of control over it or other similar aspects). The other technically possible meaning, that one does not love the other enough, is never implied. I doubt it's translatable unless there's an equivalent Japanese saying.

Maybe something like あなたを愛し過ぎることが嫌い if I didn't mess up too much.

You are right that "how" cannot be directly translated here. Loving too much, however, has a very popular set phrase in Japanese that translates the English sentence more colloquially.
