I have been nervous that you might not treat me well.
Is it awkward sentence?
Should I replace "have been nervous" to "have been worried" ?

We tend to say we’re nervous about something, rather than using a that-clause. So to that extent, it is a bit awkward. Switching to worried or worrying would sound more natural.
