I might have been inclined

Hi,

can I say "I might have been inclined" as a full sentence or does it need an explanation like "to regards as..."?

Thank you for your help.

    For example, in Dickens' A Christmas Carol:

    1. ||{I}| might have been inclined|, {myself}, |to regard| {a coffin-nail} as {{the deadest piece} of {ironmongery}} in {the trade}. || (please ignore my brackets). And I was wondering if there could be a full stop after inclined.
