I mustn't bump my head

Greetings

If, for example, someone has just had a minor operation on his head, for example to get rid of a wart, recovery is unlikely to be a problem – but he mustn't bump his head as the wound from the operation could reopen.

How can one express this idea in Colloquial Turkish? I.e. what is most natural? In English, one might say, “I mustn't bump my head” or, “I must be careful of my head” – but what do you say here in Turkey?

I'm really looking for naturalness rather than an exact translation of anything.

All the best, and many thanks,

Simon

    Başıma dikkat etmem lazım.
    Başımı bir yere çarpmamam lazım.
    Kafamı bir yere vurmamam gerekiyormuş.

    etc.
