If someone is in a meeting. Conversing with some people. The person talk to them about many things related to the topic. After the speech was over, they have some kind of a confused look.

Now what is the correct sentence here.

" I think I didn't explain myself well" Or " I think I didn't make myself understood to you all well"

    With "think" and a negative, it's more usual to say "I don't think + positive phrase":

    "I don't think I explained myself very well.

    "I don't think I made myself understood" works, but it's a bit clunky - and may hint that it's the other person's fault: they "didn't understand you". It's better to tell them that you "didn't explain properly".
