English term or phrase: "I want a thing to put on the end of my drill thingy to put this other thing in"
Sentence actually originally said by a Turk in a nalburiye. The learner who listened to it said the following:-
"He kept saying "şey" instead of the correct word for the bit he wanted. It made me feel loads better, I can tell you."

Is this a good translation:- Delme şeyimin üzerine bu diğer şeyin içine koymak üzere takmak için bir şey istiyorum. "

Thanks very much ancalimon. I felt that there were too many içins in one sentence.

Pretty good, though there's a tricky bit in the sentence that is bound to prove painful to analyze successfully. "To put this other thing in" means "bu diğer şeyi içine koymak için". "Bu diğer şeyin içine koymak için" would rather be "to put into this other thing".
