1. I want to be outstanding.

2. I want to become an outstanding person.

3. I want to stand above others.

Are they both Okay? Which one is natural?

Sentences 1 and 2 are natural. Sentence 3 is not. "Outstanding" means "very good; unusually good". The verb form is "stand out", not "stand above others".
