Personally I think that I would say,

Last saturday I went to a Shakira concert.

You cannot have "a Shakira's concert" - it is 'Shakira's concert' or 'a Shakira concert' - not both.

I would not say that I was "able" to go unless I had been unable to go sometime in the past. You could say that you had the opportunity to go but it is quite formal.

    Hope that helps a bit,

My first response is a more informal way to say - Last saturday I was able to attend Shakira's concert (Last Saturday, I got to go to Shakira's concert)

A less formal way to say Last saturday I had the opportunity to attend Shakira's concert. which means what sound shift just said is

Last Saturday, I had the chance to go to Shakira´s concert.
