I live in a hostel in Lahore. I went to my native village last weekend/in last weekend/in the last weekend to attend the marriage ceremony of my cousin.

Which one is correct, please?

They are wrong. When we add a time phrase to a sentence to tell the reader when the sentence action ("went") happened, we don't use a preposition.

    I went there last weekend.
    I will leave tomorrow.
    I was sleepy this morning.
    I lived there last year.
