I will not agree to it at all.

I want an idiomatic expression for 'for not agree at all'? ( my purpose of finding this out is to equate it with my vernacular language)

One person is trying to convince the other person. The other person is very much against the suggestion (proposal ) of the former. The latter is firmly and stoutl saying this. Now, how to give emphasis? Or will oral emphasis be enough?

"I will not agree to it at all" said forcefully sends a VERY clear message.

If you want something a bit more informal, you could say something along the lines of "There's no way I'm doing that."

"There is absolutely no way that I'm going to agree to that!"
"Hell will freeze over before I agree to that"

    The possibilities are almost endless.

Agreed with all the suggestions so far. Also 'No chance!' is possible, similar to 'No way!'. Or if you want to be very British, 'Not bloody likely!'
