I will talk about <a fashion, trend and news> or <a fashion, a trend and news>

I'm confused about this when should I use "A"?
For example,
I will talk about <a fashion, trend and news> is this correct?

You probably want plurals on all of them: I will talk about fashions, trends and news.

But if you think the singular is better, you can give us more context. You use "a" when you're talking about a particular fashion, a particular trend ... and we don't use "a news."
