I would be grateful for a prompt reply

I'm writing an e-mail to book a hotel in Italy and I'm asking them to reply as soon as possible so I can book our flights.

I want to keep the Italian simple, so I'm trying to say "I would be grateful for a prompt reply" - i.e. "I would be grateful if you would reply as soon as possible so that we can book our flights".

Sarei grata per la Sua riposta ...

I'm I on the right track, please?

    Grazie per una sollecita risposta.
Grazie se vorrà rispondere appena possibile, in modo da poter prenotare i voli.

You could say also "in attesa di una sua pronta risposta". A bit formal, but correct.
    Bye!
Si, è alquanto formale, si usa all'inizio della frase di commiato in una lettera formale (molto formale, da ufficio):

"In attesa di un Vostro sollecito riscontro si porgono i più cordiali saluti"
