Hello to all,

Thanks for reading my post.

Sample sentences:

1. If I <have already finished><already finish> my work by the time you see me tomorrow, we will go to the movies.

2. If I <have finished><finish> my work by the time you see me tomorrow, we will go to the movies.

Question:

Which option is correct in each sentence?

Thanks a lot for any comments, corrections or suggestions!

Regards,
JJXR

I think in the first sentence have already finished and in the second sentence “have finished” are correct.

But I am not sure :)
