1) If we meet for three times a week, we can...

2) If we meet three times a week, we can...

Which of the sentences above is correct? And maybe the both are correct?

    We met three times for an hour.
    We will meet once for three hours.​

    So, it'd be correct if I said "If we meet three times for a week, we can..."?

    And it'd be the same meaning as "If we meet three times a week, we can..."?
