Dear all,

Is it possible to use the expression: 'I'll get it sorted out' in the following sentence:

I'm sorry that you can still make any payments with your new credit card. I'll get it sorted out and then call you back.

There's no problem with "get it sorted out". The problem I see is in the first sentence where it says "....you can still make payments.......

Are you sure the word is "can" or is it actually "can't ??

(Why would anyone be "sorry" that you can still make payments??)

    Dear all,

    Many thanks for your feedback.

Sorry I made a little mistake.

Of course I meant:... you can't still make any payments...

Then what you have to say is:

I'm sorry that you can still make :cross:(in this context) ... = I'm sorry that you still can't make........:tick: (Place /still/ before /can't/)
