Ilocano: Kasano addamo

    I am linguistically ignorant, knowing only English. I am trying to learn Ilocano, but so far it has been a slow process. It is confusing [to me], also.
    I see many phrases written slightly different, for example:

    "Kasano addamo?" and "Kasano kasasaad mo?" for "How are you?"

    Is one "more" correct?

    I am told "How are you?" is a respectful greeting, so I would like to get it right.
