Hi everyone,
I want to see in this text what does"when it comes to farmers" mean and what does the "it" refer to?
This is the story a group of man want to rent a farm but the farmer don't accept that.
The Group boss is talking to his man that couldn't satisfy that farmer:"what? , you can't handle one farmer? , I'll tell you what, go", The group boss is talking to himself:"I'll talk to him, I'm great when it comes to farmers."
The screen shot.

Thank you all for your answers.

"I'm great when it comes to farmers," is roughly equivalent to "I'm very good at talking to farmers."

The "it" is a dummy "it" and doesn't refer to anything.
