I'm not in the position to diagnose ADHD.

Hi, Forum Members.

As a Kindergarten teacher, I am often asked by concerned parents whether I think their child has ADHD (autism, or some other condition). I want to be able to tell them the following:

As a teacher, I am not in the position to diagnose ADHD. You would have to speak to your doctor about that.

Here's my attempt:

Is it correct? Thanks, in advance, for your help!

    Hi GV,
I'd use "no es mi papel diagnosticar" (it's not my role / not my place).
